The former is used for 'state of being' and the latter is 'ability of a human being'. Let's put some light on each of them. According to WHO, " Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease." Health also encompasses some more spheres like mental or psychological health and spiritual and social health. Many medicos relate all these combined to lower stress levels to improve health. In a nutshell, we can say a person with good health has a body functioning and performing in a better way.
